Frequently Asked Questions

Tickets (Purchase · Cancellation · Entry)

Q. How do advance ticket holders enter the venue?

After completing payment, go to [My Ticket] on the website and look up your purchase with the email and mobile number you entered to view your entry QR code. On the day of the event, present the QR code at the self-service registration desk to receive your entry wristband. If you cannot access your QR code, visit the staffed registration desk, where your name and mobile number will be checked before your wristband is issued.

Q. I entered the wrong mobile number when buying my ticket online. How do I correct it?

If you entered the wrong mobile number, please contact the secretariat. Tell us the purchaser's name, the number you entered and the correct number, and we will check your purchase and follow up. The mobile number is used for ticket lookup and on-site verification, so please request the change before the event begins.

Q. Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Admission tickets can also be purchased at the on-site box office during the event. Complete the on-site mobile visitor registration, then visit the staffed registration desk. Ticket details are available on the Tickets page of the website.

Q. Does each companion need their own ticket?

Admission tickets are issued one per person. Each companion must purchase their own ticket. When tickets are exchanged for wristbands, each person's QR code is checked individually.

Q. I completed my ticket purchase but cannot see my entry QR code.

Go to [My Ticket] on the website and look up your purchase with the email and mobile number you entered. For tickets with completed payment, the entry QR code is shown on the lookup screen. If your ticket does not appear, check that the payment was completed (card issuer or payment service history) and that the details you entered are correct, then contact the secretariat.

Q. How do I check or cancel an advance ticket purchase?

You can view your purchase under [My Ticket] on the website; to cancel, contact the secretariat. Cancellations requested up to 7 days before the event begins are refunded in full. After that, cancellations and refunds are not available in order to secure admission capacity. Unused tickets are not refunded after the exhibition ends, so please check the cancellation deadline.

Q. How long does a refund take after cancellation?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and take 3–5 business days after cancellation, depending on the card issuer or payment provider. If your refund has not arrived after this period, contact the secretariat.

Q. Can I use my ticket on more than one day?

A 1-day ticket is valid only on the selected day; a 3-day ticket is valid throughout the exhibition period. If you hold an invitation, check the terms of use stated in the registration guide or on the invitation.

Q. Can I transfer or gift my ticket to someone else?

Tickets are issued under the purchaser details entered at the time of purchase. If you need to transfer or gift a ticket, or change the purchaser details, contact the secretariat and we will follow up after checking your purchase.

Visitor Guide & Age/ID Policy

Q. Can minors or infants enter?

This is a professional industry exhibition involving alcoholic beverages. Admission is limited to visitors aged 19 and over (born on or before December 31, 2008), and you must bring ID for age verification. Minors, including infants and children, are not admitted even when accompanied by a guardian.

Q. I forgot my ID. Is a mobile ID (Government24, PASS, etc.) accepted?

Yes. Official mobile IDs that verify your identity (Government24, PASS mobile driver's license, etc.) are accepted in the same way as a physical ID. Screenshots and image files are not accepted; only a screen verified in real time through the app is allowed.

Q. What are the opening hours and the last admission time?

Opening hours are 10:00–18:00, with last admission at 17:00. Please arrive well before last admission to allow enough time for your visit.

Q. Can I re-enter on the same day?

Ticket holders may re-enter on the day of their visit only. Your entry wristband is checked on re-entry, so keep it on until you have finished your visit.

Venue & On-site Facilities

Q. Do I need to bring my own tasting glass, or are cups provided?

Whether tasting cups are provided varies by booth. For a smoother and more eco-friendly tasting experience, we recommend bringing your own tasting glass.

Q. Are there lockers in the exhibition hall?

Lockers (paid and free) are available inside COEX. Lockers can fill up quickly on event days, so we recommend travelling light or checking the location of COEX amenities in advance.

Q. Can I bring my pet?

Pets are not permitted in the exhibition hall for safety reasons: the hall is crowded and contains brewing equipment and glassware.

Q. Where do I go for lost and found during the event?

If you lose or find an item at the venue, visit the official operations office inside the exhibition hall right away. After the event, items are handed over to the COEX Lost and Found, so please contact the office before closing time if possible.

Q. Is there a courier booth for shipping beer or merchandise bought at the show?

Whether a courier service booth operates depends on the scale of the event and venue operations. If you plan to buy heavy glass bottles or large quantities of merchandise, we recommend bringing your own shopping cart.

Q. Is there a parking discount or free parking?

Parking fees are charged according to COEX parking regulations. For visitor parking discounts, contact the COEX Parking Service Center. Parking is expected to be congested during the event, so we recommend using public transport.

Event Information & Other Rules

Q. Where can I find the exhibitor list and floor plan?

The exhibitor list and floor plan are published on the website. Exhibitors and booth locations may change during preparations, so please check the latest information before your visit.

Q. What happens if someone drinks excessively in the exhibition hall?

KIBEX and DRINK SEOUL are business and festival platforms that promote a responsible drinking culture. Visitors who disturb others or pose a safety risk through excessive drinking may be restrained by on-site security staff and, in serious cases, removed from the venue.
