Beyond Company (CEO Kang Hyeong-wook) announced its participation in the Korea International Beer Expo (KIBEX) 2024, which will take place at COEX in Seoul from April 11th to 13th.

Established in 2019 by a CEO with over 20 years of liquor import experience, Beyond Company is committed to promoting proper liquor culture by importing and distributing various liquors worldwide. It is guided by the motto 'Basic (faithful to the basics), Ideal (for the best products), Effort (always striving), Run (constantly moving forward).'

At the upcoming expo, Beyond Company aims to provide both on- and off-trade customers in Korea with the opportunity to sample and experience a selection of Belgian beers and wines that the company imports and distributes. Furthermore, they plan to promote the brands of various breweries and wineries to general consumers, allowing them to enjoy Beyond Company's products at their favorite pubs or bottle shops.

Among the exhibited products, 'Gouden Carolus' stands out, a Belgian strong ale series brewed by Brewery Het Anker, one of Belgium's oldest breweries. The lineup includes 'Carolus Classic,' a Belgian dark tripel; 'Carolus Tripel,' a blonde tripel; 'Carolus Hopsinjoor,' a Belgian IPA with five European hops; and 'Carolus Ambrio,' an amber ale brewed exclusively by Brewery Het Anker.

In the premium lineup, there's 'Carolus Whisky Infused,' a quad infused with Carolus single malt whisky, 'Carolus Imperial Dark,' a limited edition brewed annually, and 'Carolus Imperial Blond,' a blonde quad released to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Carolus Imperial Dark.

Also featured is 'Limburgse Witte' from Brewery Cornelissen, known for faithfully preserving the original recipe of Belgian witbier. The lineup includes 'True Original,' a traditional Belgian witbier, 'Witte Lemon,' with added lemon to the original, 'Witte Rosé,' infused with raspberry, and 'Witte Strawberry,' flavored with strawberry, offering a light and enjoyable beer experience.

Additionally, 'Seef Bier' from Antwerpse Brouw Compagnie, the only independent craft brewery in Antwerp, is introduced. Besides traditional Belgian ales like Seef, the brewery also crafts innovative beers such as dry-hopped pilsners and NEIPAs, showcasing a blend of tradition and innovation.

Wijndomein Hoenshof, founded in 2002, is Belgium's largest organic winery. It produces traditional red and white wines and experimental hybrid wines combining Belgium's rich beer culture. The hybrid wine lineup includes 'Het Goddelijk Monster,' a blend of white wine brewed with Saison yeast and lambic beer, and 'Chardonnay Dry Hopped,' a sensational Chardonnay wine matured with five hops in oak barrels at low temperatures for four weeks.

Beyond Company supplies Gouden Carolus beers to over 1,000 pubs and restaurants nationwide and aims to continue expanding its distribution network in Korea. They actively promote Belgian culture through Belgian beer in Korea, collaborating with Belgian agencies such as the Belgian Tourism Board and Embassy. Additionally, they emphasize that they handle mostly Belgian beer styles and plan to release products from Brouwerij Eylenbosch, which brews traditional spontaneously fermented Lambic beer in Belgium and has yet to be introduced in Korea in the second quarter of this year.

According to Beyond Company, "We plan to go beyond Belgium and beer, introducing various premium liquors from around the world to Korean customers and supporting domestic liquor exports or creating new liquor culture trends beyond import and distribution companies under the mission of Beyond Company."

KIBEX 2024 is a comprehensive event covering this year's beer trends and the brewing industry. This exhibition, which provides a crossroads of industry trends and global networking opportunities, offers a valuable platform for stakeholders in the beverage industry. Taking place simultaneously, DRINK SEOUL provides a convenient option to explore various beverage industries, including premium traditional liquors, wines, distilled spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, all in one place. KIBA (Korea International Beer Award) and KIBCON (Korea International Beer Conference) will also be held during the exhibition. Additionally, side events such as new product showcases, wine & traditional liquor seminars, and 1:1 business matching programs are arranged.
