Palpal Yangjojang participated in Drink Seoul 2025, held from April 10 to 12 at COEX in Seoul.
Founded by a team of four young brewers, Palpal Yangjojang is based in Gimpo and was established on the belief that “good ingredients make good products.” The brewery supplies around 200 retailers across Korea and offers online sales through its local specialty liquor license. Recognized for its product quality, Palpal Yangjojang has also launched ODM collaborations with various corporate clients.
The featured product at this year’s event was Palpal Makgeolli, known for its pleasant acidity and clean finish that stimulates the appetite. It pairs well with food and is designed to be an approachable makgeolli for all types of consumers.
Another highlight was Hard Potion, an undiluted rice wine from top-grade Gimpo Chucheong (Akibare) rice. It delivers an elegant sweetness and bold flavor. Hard Potion DRY offers a bold kick and dry finish reminiscent of distilled Takju and is aimed at alcohol connoisseurs.
