AMBITIONPLAN (CEO Junsik Kim) participated in Drink Seoul 2025, held from April 10 to 12 at COEX in Seoul, to introduce its new K-Food brand HANNIB Do EAT.
Positioning itself as a brand that offers “a complete experience of exciting taste,” AMBITIONPLAN aims to deliver the joy and flavor of Korean food anytime, anywhere—breaking free from traditional notions of Korean cuisine and delivering a bold, modern K-Food experience. The name HANNIB Do EAT combines “HANNIB” (a playful take on “one big bite” of Korean food) and “Do EAT,” implying the irresistible urge to keep eating after just one bite.
The brand connects global consumers to K-Food and the spirit of the Korean Wave through snacks, HRM (Home-Ready Meal) products, catering services, and cultural collaborations.
AMBITIONPLAN unveiled HANNIB WASAK, a casual Korean snack made with domestically sourced seaweed, at the event. The four showcased flavors included Sweet Salt, offering the pure taste of the ocean; wasabi, with a sharp, nose-tingling kick; spicy, with a sweet-and-hot twist for heat lovers; and Gourmet Cheese, filled with a creamy cheese blend.
The snacks are made with multi-layered roasted seaweed for an ultra-crispy texture and packaged in resealable zipper bags for on-the-go convenience. Each serving contains just about 15 kcal, and the snack is free from artificial coloring, sweeteners, flavorings, and preservatives. The design ensures that hands stay clean, and its compact size makes it perfect for travel or outdoor enjoyment.
“HANNIB WASAK pairs excellently with alcoholic beverages,” said a company representative. “Sweet Salt goes great with makgeolli, Wasabi is perfect with beer, and Gourmet Cheese matches well with wine—a versatile snack for any drink.”

The company concluded, “HANNIB Do EAT is about creating a true connection between people and food. We want to share delicious moments and memorable experiences with people worldwide.”
Drink Seoul 2025 features a broader range of beverages, including spirits, traditional liquors, wines, meads, and sakes. Korean distillers and spirit makers will present diverse lineups reflecting conventional and modern brewing techniques. In particular, participation from meaderies is set to expand. The newly added sake section will host eight importers showcasing over 90 brands.
